Capital Community Media, known for many years as CCTV and now as CC:Media, is seeking a visionary, community driven leader to be our next Executive Director. Our new ED will have the full backing of our Board and staff, plus many community partners with relationships that started as early as our incorporation in 1989. Our staff is experienced and dedicated. Our 11,000 square foot media center is well equipped.
Salem is a great place to work and live. We’re just an hour from the Pacific Ocean, the Cascade Mountain Range, Portland and Eugene. We have terrific colleagues in Portland. We’re very active in the Alliance for Community Media.

The ideal candidate will bring a track record of nonprofit leadership, a passion for community engagement, and a commitment to amplifying diverse voices. Experience with fundraising and development is helpful, but not central. Most importantly, this leader will bring creativity, clarity, and care in guiding the organization forward—strengthening partnerships, championing innovation, and expanding CC:Media’s impact across television, radio, and digital platforms.
